Insurance and Fees

Fees: Applicable payments for services are expected at the end of each treatment unless prior arrangements have been made. A patient is responsible for any fees not paid by their insurance company or Medicare. Insurance: At SOS Physical Therapy, we participate with most major and private insurance plans, including Workers’ Compensation. Click the button below for a complete list of our Insurance providers. As a courtesy, we will gladly file your claims for you. As a therapy patient, you will need a referral from your physician to comply with your coverage. Our staff will keep in contact with your referring physician, rehabilitation case manager or insurance company.
