Our Staff and Equipment

Connie is the Director of our SOS Physical Therapy

Center located at our Church Street Campus, as well

as the Burlington clinic. She is a Licensed Physical

Therapist, a Credentialed McKenzie Spine Therapist, a

Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer, and is a

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has

extensive experience treating a variety of orthopaedic

conditions. Connie has been with Southeastern

Orthopaedic Specialists, P.A. since its inception. Her

center provides Therapeutic Services to all Divisions of

SOS and focuses on Physical Therapy, Lymphedema

Therapy, Osteoporosis Education, Sports Medicine and

Traditional Workers' Comp Therapy for Injured

Workers.

Ray Kargo MSPT joined Guilford Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center as Physical Therapy Director in September of 2012. Ray earned a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College. Ray has been managing physical therapy centers since 1996. He has most recently been the Manager of Physical Therapy at Hand & Rehabilitation of NC in Greensboro. Ray previously managed outpatient orthopedic PT and Sports Medicine centers for HEALTHSOUTH Rehabilitation of Richland and also for Lifestyles Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation in Johnstown, PA. Ray has been practicing physical therapy since 1994 with all of his experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Ray lives in Greensboro with his wife and 3 daughters and enjoys coaching AAU girls basketball and officiating high school varsity basketball games throughout the Triad.

Each Physical Therapy Center is equipped with state of the art therapy equipment well-suited for the wide range of therapeutic and strengthening needs of our patients. A professional staff of licensed Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists and Licensed- Certified Athletic Trainers have the individual strengths, backgrounds, experience and knowledge to lead patients through our treatment programs.
